To get a sample of the report before purchase, one needs to get in touch with us at [email protected]. However, not all reports have samples and this can only be confirmed after one has got in touch for the same. Once the request has been processed, the sample will be sent to the respective email id within 12 hours.Please note that the sample will only have specific chapters and tables and any valuable data will not be disclosed.

Yes, due to the nature of the product, we provide delivery only after receiving the payment in full against the order.

This depends on the type of format you chose for the report. If you opt for the PDF version, the report will be sent to the respective email id within 12 hours, as soon as we have received the payment confirmation from your end. To ensure that emails we send you reach your inbox and arenot mistakenly sent to your Spam/Trash folder, please white list our email address domain, which is www.researchonglobalmarkets.com.If you chose the ‘hard copy’ option, the delivery time will depend on your shipping address.

If such a situation arises, please ensure that there is enough space in your inbox to incorporate large files. Additionally, make sure that the email account is compatible with both PDF and Word document attachments. Given the nature of the product, we do not entertain any return requests. However, during instances of damaged or incomplete product(s), you can contact us with the necessary details and we will get your issues resolved.
